Eclipse Biography

This is the Movement. Eclipse is a band that breaks boundaries. The talented group of musicians who include Brian Batchelor-Glader (piano, organ, keyboards, vocals, rhythm guitar), MC Jibri, Max Gise (Electric and Acoustic guitars, background vocals), MC Daddy Rich, Aaron Jacobs, (Bass, background vocals), Phil Tipton (Drums), creates a sound that explores elements of rock, funk, latin, hip-hop and jazz.

The band performs a mixture of originals and covers from a wide range of artists like Led Zeppelin, Herbie Hancock, the Yellowjackets, Allman Brothers, Bela Fleck and more. Eclipse performs at numerous venues & festivals including The Blue Wisp Jazz Club, Stanley’s Pub, The Northside Tavern, The Cleveland Bop Stop, and more.

Jahson Biography

Over the years Cincinnati has become an up and coming hip-hop town that has gained notice from hip hop heads from L.A. to New York. It all started in 1997 with the emergence of DJ Jahson and his two emcees Donte and Main-flow, which combined to form the rap trio MOOD. After a stellar debut on Blunt/TVT records the groups LP titled "Doom" gained notoriety from every magazine from The Source to Vibe, which named the album to its Hip-Hop Hall of Fame. One thing that all of these magazines had in common was that they mentioned the superb production by Jahson. This helped set the table for future opportunities for the DJ/Producer.

Since then Jahson's dj techniques have become a staple at every Cincinnati hip-hop and club event. His dj skills have also been performed alongside such other great djs as Q-bert, Roc Raida, Hi Tek and Craze. While keeping his fingers on the 1's and 2's, Jahson has also laced beats for other emcees which include Talib Kweli (Black Star, Reflection Eternal), Prodical (Sunz of Man, Wu Tang Clan),Piakhan (Reflection Eternal, Brown Sugar), Holmskillit (Hi Teknology, The Essence of J. Rawls) just to name a few. With production credits within his own label Mission Control Records, Jahson recently produced almost the whole entire Crunch E.X. "Broken Anglish" LP. This album was highly anticipated after Crunch E.X.'s blazing cameo on Hi Tek's "Hi Teknology" on Rawkus. With future releases by Mission Control Records and nationwide appearances, Jahson is making his name known throughout the hip hop world.
